I have been so frustrated by the chronic fatigue and pain that comes with this Lyme induced autoimmune disease and how it keeps me from being able to create in the studio. I was really struggling over the last week and just dying to create something........anything!! I just wanted to create but I didn't even have the energy to go into my studio and paint a watercolor. So I grabbed some cloth and some thread and did a little meditative stitching. Then Don asked me if I wanted to walk to the mailbox with him so I grabbed my camera and my little stitched pieces and combined two of my favorite things fiber art and walking in the forest.
