Don and I have been taking a fun class with Jackie Abrams in Brattleboro, VT on making a tote bag by crocheting with plastic bags. Here are some photos of the one I am making.

This is interesting to me as we have a number of poverty relief projects here in South Africa- all utilising plastic carrier bags to make other items for sale. All the earning from the sales of these items go back to the makers.
