Making Monotypes on a Gelatin & Glycerin Plate

Of Snow and Flight (For the Love of Birds)

I've been on a new and very challenging protocol called the AIP protocol as outlined in "The Paleo Approach" by Sarah Ballantyne, PhD.  I have put all my energy into this and have had no energy to be in the studio, plus I want to get out and get more fresh air, despite the cold, so I have been taking pictures of birds in flight. Along with the occasional squirrel.
