Non-Traditional Looms for Weaving

In the piece above I am using the linen cloth as a loom, stitching both the warp and weft threads to the cloth at the edges. I stitched the very thin wool warp threads very close together and that is making it a bit challenging on my arms, holding the hoop and navigating the weave. 


Here is a most unusual loom. It is the inner basket from a broken salad spinner. 
Repurposing at it's best!


 This is the little piece I wove on the salad spinner basket.
