Worlds Best Gluten Free, Dairy Free Pumpkin Pancakes

2 Tb Brown Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
1-1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1-1/2 cup soy milk (may need a little more)
1 Egg
2 TB Veg oil
Combine Brown Sugar, Baking powder, Pumpkin pie spice and set aside
Mix rest of ingredients together then add brown sugar and pumpkin spice mix.
Approx 16 pancakes
Artists need to eat too! Thank you foe recipe! All my favorite ingredients. :) Just add some pure maple syrop on top.... mmmmm
