Fiber in Autumn's Forest

Yesterday at P.T. they told me I needed to start using a cane again. I keep falling and hurting myself. He said "If I give you a cane today will you use it" I replied "No, I won't".  I wasn't ready.  Today I took my woven Rabbit, (and some nine patches for a walk), so I could photograph him. A short ways out I realized I had to come back to the house for my cane. I guess it had to be my decision, my choice.

  1. Beautiful creations, beautiful photos. I'm in rebellion right now at taking photos of my artwork in the way I was trained: neutral white background, perfect lighting. You inspire me to do otherwise. Thanks!

    1. Thanks Linda, I also had to do that for years with my paintings on silk that were sold professionally. This is much more liberating. Go for it! ;-)

    1. Joan, I soooo...get that! I have refused the standard autoimmune drugs like steroids etc.. and have tried to deal with this with functional medical practitioners and alternative natural meds. I recently switched primary care physicians and the new one (A young DO/MD) actually admitted that the side effects and damage caused by the mainstream autoimmune meds may not be worth it. Wow! the other Md's and specialists always beat me up for my choice to work with alternative practitioners. I just need to get through this flare up, I always have the fear of needing to use a wheeled walker and wheelchair again. Fear sucks too ;-) I wish you the best possible outcome with your health dance!
